Services

Work that shows up on the scorecard and the P&L.

We do not sell generic logistics theory. Every engagement is built around how DSPs actually get paid, staffed, coached, and audited.

01 · Performance

Scorecard & station performance

Fantastic and Fantastic+ are not morale badges. They are pricing tiers. We diagnose the metrics that are actually costing you incentive pay and design a weekly operating rhythm that protects them.

  • Full scorecard teardown: safety, quality, team, and process metrics
  • Driver-level coaching system tied to real events, not generic talks
  • Rescue, RTS, and load-out design that protects DCR and OTD
  • Dispute and evidence habits so incorrect hits do not stick

Core offerings

Four ways we work with DSP owners.

Profitability diagnostic

A structured review of settlements, incentives, labor, overtime, fleet, insurance, and chargebacks. You get a true margin picture and a ranked list of recoveries and cuts — not a 40-page PDF nobody reads.

Operating system design

Dispatch cadence, attendance rules, bonus structures, onboarding, and OSM/owner roles written so the station can run when you are not on the radio. Built for peak, not just a quiet Tuesday.

Workforce & culture

Hiring profiles, retention levers, and incentive design that reduce the rookie cycle. High turnover is the silent killer of Fantastic+. We treat people systems as a financial system.

Scale & multi-station

When — and whether — to add routes, rural volume, or a second location. We model cash, management bandwidth, and scorecard risk before you sign for more vans.

Delivery team and fleet

02 · Last-mile scale

Grow the book of work without growing chaos.

The volume offers will keep coming. The question is whether your labor model, fleet, and leadership bench can absorb it profitably. We help owners say yes only when the math and the floor are ready.

  • Route economics and break-even by station
  • Peak planning that does not torch Q1
  • Leadership bench: OSM, dispatch, and trainer roles
  • Playbooks that travel from one station to the next

Engagement styles

Choose the intensity that matches the station.

Sprint

2–3 weeks. Scorecard + P&L diagnostic, prioritized 90-day plan, and a working session with your leadership team.

Embedded advisory

90 days. Weekly operating reviews, coaching design, software stand-up, and owner office hours through the next scorecard cycle.

Retainer

Ongoing partner for multi-station groups: standards, peak, hiring waves, and quarterly financial reviews.

Talk through the right fit

Questions

Straight answers before you book.

Do you replace my dispatchers or HR team?

No. We design the system they work inside and, where useful, introduce software. If you need outsourced back-office capacity we can help you evaluate partners — we stay the architect, not a hidden staff agency.

Are you affiliated with the network?

No. Your DSP Consultancy LLC is an independent firm. We work for the owner, not the network. That independence is the point.

Can you work with a DSP outside Ontario?

Yes. We serve owners across Canada and the United States. Discovery and most advisory work is remote; on-site weeks can be scheduled for stand-ups and multi-station work.

What do you need for the first meeting?

Last 4–8 weeks of scorecards if you can share them, a rough route count, and an honest view of where the week falls apart. We can still be useful with less.
